The hotel staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was luxurious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The free Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

Liked the buffet breakfast and the comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near government ministries. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is strong and reliable, and gym facilities are available for guests to use. A pick-up service from the airport is offered.

Dislikes catered for tour groups extensively, which can make the breakfast area busy and crowded at times. Tour groups often take priority attention from staff, but single travelers may have a difficult time receiving the same level of customer service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the gym on the top floor, were all in great condition and available for use. The hotel staff deserves a special mention, as they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was also perfect for me, as it was close to the Old Quarter and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed every bite.
